For our site we have a choice between 3 different types of forms for collecting information. No other type of form can be used other than what's list here.

1. Webforms: Built into drupal we can use this for simple signups that you can see how many people signed up, etc. No sensitive data can be collected due to this being on a public web server.
2. Qualtrics: You've seen this, you've used this for surveys and such. Sensitive data can be used on this platform but boy is it ugly.
3. DocuSign: We can set you up with power forms and set up signing orders, even have a copy sent to BOX file server. Sensitive data can be used on this platform.
